Everyone seemed to love the raw power of the 10mm Springfield XD-M OSP as well as its ambidextrous mag release and frame texturing. The magazines were easy to load, and we enjoyed the suppressor-height sights. The trigger’s reset was quick, the capacity seemed spot on, and the gun was very accurate while being very controllable for a 10mm. That said, the grip flexed a bit too much and felt slick on the sides, and some shooters weren’t sold on the grip safety.
The Springfield elicited a lot of redneck giggles and heavy breathing with its potential for hunting and its raw, fight-stopping power.
