After Ruger’s overwhelming success with the original release of the Ruger Precision Rifle (RPR), it comes as no surprise that a second iteration of this rifle was in the pipeline. Out of the box with quality, match-grade ammunition, the RPR Gen 2 was more than accurate with sub-MOA groups produced from multiple brands tested. With features such as a folding stock, upgraded Magpul MOE K2-XL grip, Ruger Marksman adjustable trigger, and more, all that’s left for the shooter to do is top it off with their preferred optic, and then it’s time to hit the range! This sort of accuracy, coupled with stock features being included right out of the box, makes the MSRP of $2,149.00 a little easier to swallow, as it’s less work to do after purchasing the gun.
