The IWS22 silencer is the most competitive silencer IWI has released compared to the most popular 22LR silencers. I compared the full-auto-rated IWS22 silencer to these popular, also full-auto-rated silencers. The IWI silencer is significantly cheaper and lighter than comparable models. The length, however, is less than an inch longer than these models. I own two of the competitors’ silencers and was able to shoot them side-by-side. The sound and tone of the silencers were equal across the board, in my opinion.
I recommend the IWS22 silencer to anyone looking to buy their first suppressor or the most bang for their buck. I know some people are married to a brand, and the IWI line-up is new for 2025, but this silencer does everything the others do at a lower price.
