The Obisian45 from Rugged Suppressors is one of my favorites in their lineup. This versatile suppressor can be used on various centerfire handguns and .22 LR pistols. It is also rated for many lever-action calibers with specific barrel restrictions. Rugged makes it extremely easy for customers to know what they can and cannot shoot with a dedicated blog that includes a table listing everything the Obsidian45 is compatible with.
Aesthetically, it’s not as good-looking as their Alaskan360 can, but it makes up for this with its performance. The Obsidian45 uses ADAPT Modular Technology, which allows the suppressor to be configured in a short or long configuration without ever needing a second tax stamp. The length and weight are 8.6 inches and 12.8 ounces in the long configuration. The short configuration creates a 10.7-ounce suppressor in a 6.7-inch package. Even though the length is a little awkward, I love shooting a 9mm pistol with the long configuration because of how much noise and recoil reduction the suppressor provides. Overall, this is a very fun and effective suppressor.
