This refers to the demise of Hickok in the Nuttall & Mann Saloon, in Deadwood, in 1876. Shot from behind during a poker game, his last hand included black aces and eights – clubs and spades. This hand is fittingly laser-engraved on the 4.25-inch barrel of this single action, two-shot derringer. Manufactured from stainless-steel, it has two superimposed 4.25-inch barrels chambered for .45 Colt cartridges/.410 bore 3-inch shot shells. Features include the patented rebounding hammer, interchangeable barrel system, cross-bolt safety, and spring-loaded, cammed locking lever. It has fixed sights, laminated wood grips, weighs 20 oz. empty, and has an overall length of 6 inches.

Testing included shooting at paper targets with the .45 Colt test cartridges; at Shoot-N-C targets with the .410 shot shells, and at a Gunslinger target with .45 Colt/.410 combo loads. All shooting was done at 15 feet. The MSRP is $596.00; however, the lowest street price seen was $539.00.
