Conversely, the new Taurus G3c was a smaller iteration of its popular G3.

Possibly one of the best values on the market, the Taurus G3C offers all the great features of its bigger brother. The Taurus G3C hosts an external thumb safety for an extra level of security. The texturing on the Taurus G3C is extremely effective and some of the most well-balanced of any pistol in the roundup. The Taurus G3C offers thumb shelves for easy indexing and better control. For the money, the Taurus G3C had an excellent trigger and great ergonomics helping with both recoil and accuracy. With its fore and aft cocking serrations, the Taurus G3C also offers second-strike capability in case of a light primer strike.
