Stag Arms 15 Tactical Rifle

Next up we tested the Stag Arms Stag 15 Tactical Rifle. This was a solid gun from Stag Arms and is built around a 16-inch barrel with a 1-in-7-inch twist rate. They used an M16 bolt carrier group, Stag 13.5-inch M-LOK Handguard and Magpul furniture. These rifles have an A2 flash suppressor to reduce muzzle flash and a mid-length gas system that is combined with a low-profile gas block, which provides good reliability. The handguard was lightweight and had good ergonomics. It also provided an uninterrupted Picatinny rail along the top, which allows room for sights, optics and accessories the shooter may require. Performance wise, the gun shot well. In fact, it performed beyond initial expectations based on the MSRP that Stag provided.
